Naomi Pacifique is a Swiss-Dutch multi-disciplinary artist.
She grew up in Lausanne, Switzerland, and moved to the UK to pursue her multi-disciplinary practice.
She graduated from Oxford University with an Mst in Creative Writing and from London Film School with an MA in Filmmaking.
Across the arts, her work interests itself in intimacy and the spaces found there to discover and reinvent both oneself and the environment one is surrounded by.
Her work has screened at Encounters Film Festival, been published by Ambit Magazine, exhibited in two London Gallery Café locations, been performed in London and Oxford venues, and she was awarded prizes in Creative Writing by both Oxford and Exeter Universities.
The last short film she produced and assistant directed, Filipiñana, was awarded the Silver Bear Shorts Jury Prize at the 70th Berlinale.
She is co-founder and co-director of Idle Eyes production company, alongside Rafael Manuel.
She is currently based in Amsterdam, with secondary bases in both Switzerland and the UK.
